Role Overview
This opportunity is available in multiple locations: Jacksonville, FL, Atlanta, GA, Salt Lake City, UT, and Charlotte, NC.
Our Infrastructure Group at Haskell oversees a diverse cross-section of complex projects across the Aviation, Aerospace & Manufacturing, Water, Wastewater, Municipal, Education, Maritime & Healthcare sectors. Inspired by a commitment to community improvement, we focus on project development in the areas of public and private infrastructure for cities, states, seaports, airports, and healthcare projects.
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to: partnering with project directors in responding to Request for Proposals including the preparation of conceptual estimates, schedules, and other proposal documents; preparing detailed estimates, cost code input, and cost control systems; working with directors of construction and construction core personnel to establish job organization including superintendents and self-perform craftworker requirements; maintaining submittal control; preparing and securing owner acceptance of contract change orders; managing and ensuring payments to subcontractors and vendors; effectively directing project close-out tasks and any warranty work.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management or equivalent plus 10 years or more of experience in construction, design or management preferred.
This job will require travel.
