The team is responsible for ensuring that the HP supply chain is ethical, sustainable, and resilient. As an intern in the Supply Chain Responsibility team, you will contribute through specific projects focused on identifying emerging regulatory trends, increasing transparency by expanding supply chain mapping, building compliance procedures, and creating change management and engagement plans.

The role requires an energetic and driven individual that will effectively coordinate and communicate across multiple workstreams. You will be directly supporting the Supply Chain responsibility team and partnering with various stakeholders to ensure the project is achieving its objectives and timeline. This position requires a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as project coordinator for multiple workstreams across the Supply Chain Responsibility program

  • Research and identify emerging world-wide regulatory trends, competitive threats, and internal performance

  • Partner with stakeholders to develop and expand supply chain mapping

  • Assist in the development of compliance procedures

  • Assist in the development of change management and communication plans

  • Work effectively in a virtual team environment

  • Work collaboratively across various internal organizations to help secure commitment for cross-functional efforts

Required Skills:

  • Must be enrolled full time at an accredited university

  • Project management skills and experience demonstrating strong analytical, modeling and research skills

  • Strong presentation skills (storyboarding, development, and delivery)

  • Demonstrable success in delivering results in a cross-functional team setting

  • Ability to handle ambiguity and unstructured work situations

  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate and is a supportive team player

  • Strong public speaking and workshop/conversation-facilitation skills

  • Demonstrated ability to shape and influence ideas and actions of others

  • Working knowledge of MS PowerPoint and MS Excel

  • Must be legally able to work in the country of residence
