General Qualifications
Required Education/Knowledge: High School diploma or Associates Degree Must have a broad knowledge of the banking industry Broad knowledge of applicable banking policies and regulations In-depth knowledge of Treasury Management products and services Strong customer support knowledge
Required Experience: 2 years Treasury or Banking experience preferred. Candidate should have a strong working knowledge of computer-based applications such as Microsoft Windows, Excel and PowerPoint. Specific knowledge of PC hardware configurations of installation of certain treasury services and internet set-up will be provided.
Required Skills: Must have the ability to communicate a strong vision for business Provides exceptional support to new or existing bank clients and assists internal and external contacts with service requests, inquires or technical issues related to specific bank and treasury management services. Demonstrate the ability to work independently and effectively with the banks internal business partners. Excellent analytical, problem solving and communication skills. Strong organizational and time management skills, ability to meet deadlines. Maintains a positive role in the community
