The Service Agent I is responsible for reaching out to previous donors to engage them in making another blood donation appointment helping communities to maintain critical blood supply levels. Candidates must be 18 or older, possess a strong work ethic, prior sales/telemarketing/customer service/blood banking or customer support experience, professional phone demeanor and a passion to serve others.

What we offer:

• Hourly Pay: $12.00

• Shift Differential: Separate $2.00 premium paid for each hour worked after 6pm and on Sundays

• Incentive Eligible: Monthly

• Required Schedule: Sunday 4:00pm – 8:00pm and Monday thru Thursday 4:30pm – 8:30pm

• Training Schedule: Monday thru Thursday 4:30pm until 8:30pm for the first 2 weeks.

• Start Date: July 16th
