This is a unique position that a combines engineering concepts and capabilities with supply chain functions, all devoted to new product introductions. In this role you will work with multiple teams in diverse functions to evaluate and redesign supply chain standards and processes to enhance and optimize production for new product launches. To be successful in this role, you must be a very organized self-starter, able to initiate and drive projects, and perform effectively in a plant environment, interacting and collaborating across multiple levels. In addition, capabilities with data analytics will be essential, and a foundational understanding of Lean Manufacturing will be very helpful.
