Who you are

Reporting to the Business Solutions Manager, this role is responsible for providing technical expertise in the national accounting software. TheBusiness SystemsAnalyst will trouble shoot issues, assist with new user setups, user modifications and terminations, and ensure SOX compliance and internal controls through ensuring system security & supporting documentation.

What you bring:

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
  • Competent knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
  • Experience in Yardi, MRI, Avid and ClickPay accounting systems.
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills to deal with multiple deadlines and high volume.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Desire to motivate and engage a team, both located on-site and remote.
  • High degree of discretion, confidentiality, professionalism, and a passion for success.
  • Well-developed oral, written, and interpersonal communication, with the ability to effectively interact at all organizational levels.

What success looks like:

  • Act as strategic system specialist for our national accounting systems.
  • Assistwith administering integrated accounting software and special projects.
  • Develop training documentation
  • Train accounting and property management staff in the applications.
  • Provide system support and troubleshoot system issues.
  • Maintain internal controls by upholding system security and ensuring proper documentation / approvals are obtained for system access.
  • Supports the accounting systems helpdesk.
  • Evaluates new technology and assist with implementation as needed.
