This is a Hybrid role, in-office, and remote.

We are searching for a person to lead Advanced Manufacturing Southeast (AMO SE) projects. A Project Manager provides consistent strong leadership and performance for client satisfaction, employee satisfaction and sustainable financial growth. The position location preference is Charlotte, NC. This person will be part of the AMO SE Engineering Resources team.

You will join our Engineering Resources team in Ramboll Advanced Manufacturing. As a Project Manager, you will have financial authority (PFA) who has demonstrated the ability to: manage people and projects, contribute to the sustainable financial growth of Ramboll, lead high performance teams, resolve conflict, negotiate positive outcomes, motivate employees; and has

the potential to immediately contribute to AMO SE Engineering Team; and provide consistent strong leadership and performance for client satisfaction, employee satisfaction and sustainable financial growth.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Perform the management roles and responsibilities defined in the Project Model for the development, planning, execution and close-out for projects that exceed a minimum year-over-year range commensurate with JFA Level 7 leaders.
  • Master and apply best practices for project accounting (Maconomy), workflow management (Filery, BIM360), risk mitigation (PI Tool), cash management, client development (CRM, Key Accounts), the use and application of project management tools, contracting, and procurement.
  • Schedule routine client visits aligned with Ramboll’s Energy and Industry strategy
  • Other duties as assigned

 

Qualifications

Basic qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Science Major, other degrees, where required, engaged in lifelong learning to maintain knowledge of contemporary issues
  • 8-19 years of relevant experience
  • Project Management Professional Certification preferred
