Responsibilities :

  • Support an Agile Release Train (ART) by steering the development, delivery, and maintenance of banking technology software consistently in large environments.

  • Provide guidance for driving an ART using the Scaled Agile Framework, owning all ceremonies including Program Increment planning, Scrum of Scrums, ART Sync meetings, Solution Demos, and Inspect and Adapt workshops.

  • Partner with business, product, and technology to gather and translate business requirements into technical deliverables and features.

  • Listen to, remove, and report escalated issues involving risk or dependency management that may be hindering the ability of geographically distributed scrum teams to deliver features.

  • Provide hands-on coaching to the scrum teams to adopt a lean mindset and agile development practices.

  • Understand the adoption of continuous integration, continuous deployment, and test-driven development methodologies.

  • Work with Scrum Agile Development methodology to build, deploy and deliver software solutions.

  • Host and participate in Program Increment Planning to establish quarterly plans for development teams.

  • Perform administration duties for Agile Tools to coach organizations on the importance of data quality and data integrity of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) activities.

  • Perform duties as Scrum Master, Release Train Engineer (RTE), or Agile Coach to coach teams and organizations how to drive Agile Adoption. Demonstrate data-driven results using Agile Metrics.

Required Skills & Experience :

  • Master's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, Engineering (any) or related; and

  • 2 years of experience in the job offered or a related IT occupation.

  • Must include 2 years of experience in each of the following:

  • Working with Scrum Agile Development methodology to build, deploy and deliver software solutions;

  • Hosting and participating in Program Increment Planning to establish quarterly plans for development teams;

  • Performing administration duties for Agile Tools to coach organizations on the importance of data quality and data integrity of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) activities;

  • Performing duties as Scrum Master, Release Train Engineer (RTE), or Agile Coach to coach teams and organizations how to drive Agile Adoption; and,

  • Demonstrating data-driven results using Agile Metrics.
