Reporting to the Information Security - GRC Manager, the GRC Analyst will be pivotal in streamlining and strengthening the security and compliance posture for the North American region of Rentokil Terminix. Analyze and document information security standards and requirements. Document and update governance and risk management processes. Collaborate with information security colleagues to document and report on relevant initiatives and projects. Manage, maintain and report on the risk register. Coordinate with stakeholders and assist in planning and managing audit and risk assessment activities, which include and not limited to SOX, PCI and country assessments. Partner with IT and business stakeholders to communicate and report on risks, regulatory updates and other information security updates. Support information security team in establishing security practices and risk management in IT activities. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to; Required Experience with IT governance, risk, and compliance management leveraging industry frameworks like NIST, ISO, CIS and COBIT. Experience in managing and prioritzing information security and cybersecurity risk across the organization, Ability to facilitate and organize compliance activities to meet regulatory requirements, like SOX, PCI, etc., and information security policies. Experience with Identity and Access Management standards and tools. Ability to develop reports and metrics for varying audiences, leadership through operational teams. Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization, Senior leadership to technical and business teams. Ability to partner with IT and business functions to report and track risks. Experience with information security policies, standards and relevant guidelines development. Preferable Knowledge of other security functions like, security operations, vulnerability management and security architecture. What do you need? Required Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. Preferable Experience with GRC and/or risk management systems - Implementation and management. Security certifications. Other Skills Ability to navigate through complex systems and excel in a fast paced environment. Qualifications Why Choose Rentokil?
