As Strategic Corporate FP&A Manager, you will be a key member of the Corporate Finance team and have primary responsibilities for managing all FP&A related activities including capital allocation, capital investment analysis, long range planning, M&A support, goodwill impairment analysis, and supporting portfolio analysis.

What you'll be doing:

  • Be an effective business partner to the management. Play a pivotal role between finance team and the various stakeholders (General Management, Sales, Manufacturing, Supply Management, etc) to ensure the business is making key critical business decisions based on accurate & timely data analysis
  • Provide insights and analysis to support C-Suite, BOD, and Investor Relations for BOD meetings and Investor Events
  • Responsible for capital projects IRR analysis templates and governance, and post completion audit and review
  • Research, analyze, and validate a variety of data sets to provide product and segment analysis including pricing, mix, cost, and other key variables which will help drive profitability for the business
  • Responsible for the systematization of Long Range Plan and is a key member of team driving this planning process/deliverable. Experience supporting commercial teams/strategy is preferred
  • Lead Capital Forecasts and Capital allocation process as a natural outcome from Long Range Planning
  • This team, under your leadership, is responsible for projection models for annual Goodwill Impairment testing and performing associated controls
  • Team provides flex capacity to Corporate Development for M&A projects, baseline experience in model building to analyze investment options required
  • Key liaison for Business Units on FP&A best practices
  • Plays a pivotal role in attracting and identifying talent to redeploy through the organization, whilst developing FP&A competencies throughout the team
  • Key thought leader to bring new FP&A perspectives/processes as an integral part of finance transformation, managing change, and the tenacity to execute the change

This position is located in Corporate Office in Hartsville, SC with a secondary location of Charlotte, NC.

We'd love to hear from you if:

  • Experience in FPA & knowledge in leading forecast updates, budgeting, & Long-Range Strat plan preferred. Strong understanding of financial statements is a minimum requirement.
  • Analytical mindset with strong business acumen
  • Prior hands-on experience in product costing, product pricing and revenue/cost analysis is a must
  • Able to manage deliverables independently as well as perform under pressure.
  • Ability to work in cross-functional team environment across multiple levels of management
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage well through ambiguity and complexity
  • Demonstrates exceptional planning, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good knowledge in general principles of manufacturing or costs accounting and analysis
  • Strong knowledge of ERP and consolidation systems, preferably OneStream
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office packages such as Word, Excel and Power Point
  • Self-motivated individual, proactive and be able to follow up on analysis/details
  • Willing to take a hands-on approach as needed; able to work independently and deliver to deadlines
  • Demonstrate resilience & patience, with strong experience in data analysis
  • Technically competent and possess good interpersonal skills to collaborate at all levels in the organization
  • Excellent understanding of financial analysis, debt and investmentmarkets, cash management, and risk management
  • Possess bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance or equivalent in professionalaccounting/finance qualification, like ACCA, CIMA, CPA. CMA, CFAetc
  • FP&A knowledge in leading forecast updates, budgeting, & Long-Range Strategy plan
  • Managing people and maintaining efficiency while supervising people
  • Acting as a Finance business partner to create strong relationships across the organization
  • Influencing others and driving innovation within an organization

Compensation:

The annual base salary range for this role is from $136,275.00 to $163,520.00, plus annual target bonus of 14.5% of base salary.

An annual bonus is awarded to eligible employees upon attaining various business and individual goals as defined by the Company and the department leader. This annual bonus is discretionary, and the Company has sole discretion to determine the amount of the award.
