Your Role

Projects you will work on

  • Travel with local Service Managers in visiting Service Techs

  • Review Observation Forms for context and simplifications

  • Analyze Observation data to determine Risk/Hazards, create matrix based on findings.

  • Research and develop Risk/Hazard Dashboard(s) for Observations

  • Develop training to mitigate the risks identified in the risk matrix.

  • Gain world experience in understanding the Risks and Hazard our Service Tech encounter.

  • Make suggestions to improve Smartsheet Observations Forms for data collection.

  • Help develop Risk/Hazard matrix from SmartSheet Observations Forms

  • Help develop Risk/Hazard. Dashboard(s) from SmartSheet Observation Forms
