Position Summary:

Direct Supply is building the future of healthcare technology with industry-leading products, solutions and platforms to help improve the lives of millions of seniors and those who care for them.

In the Client Engagement Lead - Food Distribution and Services position, you will be the primary point of contact and responsible for managing the relationship with two of our largest partners in food distribution and outsourced managed services. Your role will be to help each partner drive revenue for the commercial analytics platforms built by Direct Supply.

  • Uses strong analytical skills including proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Google sheets, internal reporting tools and an eye for detail to craft reports to inform decision making.

What You'll Do and Impact:

  • Network in the food industry to generate sales activity with food distribution partners and food service outsourcers

  • Develop and execute a strategy to achieve client revenue budget and sales growth goals

  • Develop and execute a strategy to achieve internal sales incentives tied to client growth

  • Build, nurture meaningful relationships with client and their end-users

  • Understand the value drivers of the Analytics suite and be an expert of the product

  • Utilize technology and Analytics to drive tangible savings through cost reduction, standardization and efficiencies

  • Navigate complex outsourced service management contracts and the associated financials

  • Conduct sales demos, create presentations and perform administrative functions associated with sales

  • Effectively develop and manage a sales funnel

  • Coordinate with other sales leaders to ensure collaboration across lines of business

  • Stay abreast of market trends in food service and distribution industries as well as Direct Supply's new product offerings in the space

  • Owning the top-line revenue targets for each client

  • Ensure smooth handoff to the implementation and client success teams

  • Leverage personal network to open doors for new sales opportunities

Experience:

  • Bachelor's in business or a food service equivalent degree required

  • 10 years previous related experience required with 5 years of industry-specific experience preferred

  • Ability to travel by car and/or plane up to 25%

  • Valid, unexpired driver's license with satisfactory driving record

Additional Items of Interest:
