Job Summary

Compass Group, the world's leading contract foodservice company, has a Great Opportunity for career development and growth here at its North America headquarters in Charlotte, NC as an Analyst - Electronics Accounts Payable

The Analyst - Electronics Accounts Payable will assist with the end to end process of Electronic Accounts Payable within the company and initiate communication, ensure resolution of field issues, and respond to requests and questions related to the process. The Analyst will also support deployment of new vendors and look for opportunities to continuously improve the process by identifying root causes of issues. The Analyst will liaise with other departments to ensure top-notch customer service.

Responsibilities:
* Provide daily support to field personnel utilizing the Electronic Accounts Payable functionality
* Research and gather information for root cause analysis working with other teams as required
* Monitor support desk tickets and resolve and respond to requests in a timely manner
* Apply advanced problem-solving skills, experience and judgement to analyze and interpret complex data
* Analyze Reporting and Compliance tools using Excel
* Assist in creation and maintenance of support and training materials
* Identify and escalate issues in a timely manner
* System process testing as needed
* Identify support trends and related opportunities for enhancement of the electronic invoicing process
* Recommend process improvements
* Ad hoc analysis and special projects to support continued growth of business
* Demonstrate a "can do" attitude by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to the organization
* Other duties as needed

Qualifications:
* 4-year degree preferred but not required
* 3 years customer service experience (Accounts Payable experience a plus)
* Customer service focus: Value customers. Meet or exceed their requirements and be consistent with business priorities
* Effective organizational and planning skills
* Detail-oriented and analytical problem-solving skills with the ability to validate the accuracy of deliverables
* Proven ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure in a fast paced environment
* Proven ability to address competing priorities with a positive, can-do attitude
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Support Desk and Database systems
