About the Job:

The role of Manager, Partner Integrations will have primary responsibility for overseeing the design, development, and implementation of partner data integration solutions within the organization and in connection with trading partners. This position involves managing a team of professionals, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring seamless integration of data across systems to support business objectives.

In this role you will:

  • Develop and implement a strategic vision for data integrations aligned with the organization's overall business goals.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the partner integrations team to ensure alignment with company objectives.
  • Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of data integration specialists.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment that encourages professional development.
  • Define and maintain the overall architecture for data integrations, ensuring scalability, flexibility, and adherence to best practices.
  • Collaborate with enterprise architects to integrate data solutions into the broader IT landscape.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand data integration requirements and challenges.
  • Develop and implement plans for integrating data across various systems and platforms.
  • Establish and enforce data governance policies to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of integrated data.
  • Collaborate with data management teams to maintain data quality standards.
  • Evaluate and manage relationships with third-party vendors and data integration solution providers.
  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends in data integration.
  • Evaluate, select, and implement appropriate tools and technologies to enhance data integration capabilities.
  • Implement and oversee testing procedures to validate the accuracy and effectiveness of data integrations.
  • Address and resolve issues related to data quality and integration performance.
  • Work closely with IT teams, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand data requirements and integration points.
  • Collaborate on projects to ensure seamless data flow across systems and between partners.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for data integration processes and solutions.
  • Generate reports and dashboards to communicate key performance metrics and project statuses.
  • All other duties and projects as assigned.

Required:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a leadership role focused on data integrations.
  • In-depth knowledge of data integration technologies, ETL processes, and data warehousing.
  • Strong understanding of data governance principles and practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic plans for data integration initiatives.

Location: This is an in-office role in Charlotte, NC.
