LOCATION: Charlotte, North Carolina
REPORTS TO: Warehouse Manager

You are the ideal Parts Specialist that will handle all activities related to shipping spare parts and maintaining inventory
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
- Replies to inquiries with Planmeca internal departments. Common inquiries are product availability, part numbers, and package dimensions
- Unloads shipments: containers, Air Freight, FedEx, and UPS
- Maintains and organizes inventory stock
- Utilizes First in First Out (FIFO) inventory business practices
- Picks, packs, and fulfills orders
- Enters data and order entries if needed
- Participates in cycle count of inventory to ensure inventory is correct
- Transports equipment to other areas of the warehouse
- Meets company standards pertaining to quantity and quality of work performed on an ongoing basis, performing all work-related tasks in a manner that is in compliance with all Company policies and procedures
- Adheres to company policies, procedures and directives regarding standards of workplace behavior in completing job duties and assignments
- Performs other duties as assigned
Training and Experience
- Experience working in Manufacturing or Warehouse environment
- Experience with Salesforce a plus
- Proficient in Computers including Microsoft Office
- Forklift certified (preferred). If not certified must become certified within 3 months of hire.
Knowledge, Abilities and Skills
- Proven organizational skills and ability to meet targets, goals, timelines, etc.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented
