About the Job:

The Salesforce CRM Technical Manager role is responsible for leveraging data insights from Salesforce CRM to drive strategic decision-making and enhance customer experiences. The Salesforce CRM TechnicalAnalytics Manager will play a key role in developing and implementing analytics strategies, optimizing CRM processes, and delivering actionable insights to various stakeholders.

In this role, You will:

  • Lead the technical design, development, implementation, and maintenance of the Salesforce CRM platform to meet business requirements and objectives.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and define solutions to streamline workflows and enhance user experience.
  • Design and implement dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track key performance metrics and trends.
  • Customize and configure Salesforce features, including but not limited to custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and process builder.
  • Manage integrations between Salesforce CRM and other systems, ensuring data integrity and seamless flow of information.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the Salesforce development team, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
  • Perform regular system audits and optimization to maximize efficiency, scalability, and performance of the Salesforce CRM platform.
  • Can review, test and promote updates from sandbox to production.
  • Stay current with Salesforce releases, new features, and industry trends, evaluating their potential impact on our CRM strategy and recommending relevant upgrades or enhancements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer support, to identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation through Salesforce CRM.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for technical escalations and issue resolution related to the Salesforce CRM platform.
  • Partner with IT teams to ensure data integrity, quality, and security within Salesforce CRM.
  • Other duties and projects as assigned.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field is required.
  • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and Salesforce Certified Administrator certifications required.
  • Additional certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II or Salesforce Certified Technical Architect preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Salesforce developer or technical lead, with at least 6 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce CRM implementation, customization, and integration.
  • Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, Salesforce APIs, and declarative customization tools.
  • Solid understanding of relational databases, data modeling, and SQL.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and lead technical discussions.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies and version control systems (e.g., Git) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce DX, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing frameworks is desirable.

Location: This is an in-office role in Charlotte, NC.
