Genesis10 is currently seeking an IT Program Manager with our client in the financial industry located in Charlotte, NC. This is a 12 + month contract position.

Responsibilities:
- Own change management activities across various bodies of work, working with technology teams to ensure compliance with enterprise change standards.
- Owns management of project deliverables and activities across the programs within the portfolio
- Leads project work group meetings and owns regular status communications to stakeholders; will interact with a wide variety of stakeholders including senior business partners
Requirements:
- 5+ years project management experience
- Experience providing project updates and leading discussions with senior Technology and LOB partners; demonstrates ability to communicate and adjust level of detail and messaging based on audience
- Strong competence with core project management tools and, specifically around enterprise change management requirements
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Ability to handle tight deadlines, and competing demands, in a fast-paced environment
- Experience on Regulatory Reporting projects
- Strong Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Knowledge of Global Markets and Banking products/asset classes
