The Position
The Inside Sales Representative will sell Broadband, Voice, TV and any features to residential accounts via inbound/outbound calling. Team members are expected to provide unparalleled customer service by answering customer inquiries, promoting and selling products and services. Responsible for follow-up, closing sales, building and maintaining internal and external customer relationships, making outbound calls on a regular basis. Maintain a strong understanding of all residential offerings from Lumos Networks. Data entry, customer management and systems access/usage required daily.
