*The range provided is based on cost of living/geography and what we believe is reasonable in the market at the time of posting. This role may be eligible for annual bonus and annual merit increase, as well as long term compensation. The Market Development Manager maintains several key accounts focused in specialty laminations market development efforts for the Novolex Performance Solutions Division.

This role reports directly to the Sr. Regional Sales Manager.

• Previous sales experience in specialty Laminations is required
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Bachelor's Degree Preferred, but years of sales experience may replace educational requirements
• 5+ years of market or business development experience in a technical sales role required
• Must have mastered all sales functions, including but not limited to: Large and small account management, weight and pricing calculations, company capabilities, job costs, industry specific knowledge related to flexible packaging and other packaging industries, general understanding of polyethylene principles and characteristics. It is preferable to have a strong technical knowledge of the flexible packaging industry.
