Your Day-to-Day:

  • Oversee the full project lifecycle, from initial planning and design to execution and completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams of engineers, designers, and subcontractors to deliver successful outcomes for energy-related projects.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering their professional growth and development.
  • Engage in business development activities, including client relationship management, proposal preparation, and project scope definition.

Your Impact:

As a Civil Engineering Project Manager, you will lead the successful delivery of diverse energy projects, contributing to the advancement and sustainability of critical infrastructure across diverse sectors within the Energy market. You'll provide your technical expertise to oversee the design and execution of projects including nuclear, natural gas, and electricity distribution, transmission systems, DOT encroachments, renewables, mining facilities, and municipalities to positively impact our communities.


Who You Are:

  • You have a Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering or a closely related field
  • You have a minimum of 6 years of related experience
  • You have experience managing multi-disciplined teams both remote and local
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills and computer skills
  • Professional Engineer (PE) licensure, a plus

This is a full-time position with competitive pay based on experience. The successful candidate must meet the requirements of the company's Fleet Management Program, Substance Policy, and Reference Check Program.
