RK&K is hiring an Engineering Support Analyst to join our talented and creative IT services team in Baltimore, MD. With 1600 employees working in over 30 offices, this critical position will be responsible for assisting with developing and managing the daily activities for the next generation engineering team and advancing our technology/engineering partnerships. The Engineering Support Analyst will collaborate closely with multiple teams to advance and improve support of engineering applications specifically - Bentley ProjectWise, AutoDesk and other related tools.

This is a remote position.

Primary responsibilities will include:

• Meet with Engineering Support team members and technology leads to understand RK&K's vivid culture
• Meet with and develop ties with engineering to understand where RK&K can further improve quality and enhance our capabilities through standardized consistency, improved workflows, and newer applications
• Identify areas that could benefit from improvement
• Manage maintenance and upgrades of engineering software that significantly impact the company and review costs associated with software
• Collaborate with support team to resolve escalated issues related to engineering applications and project files
• Work with staff and customers to develop, build, implement and manage compliance of standards
• Provide timely, flexible solutions through analysis of business practices by working with staff and customers to understand requirements and develop solutions

Required Skills and Experience:

• Significant, documented experience supporting engineering configuration, data management and business analysis for process improvement
• Experience with Bentley products, including ProjectWise and/or AutoDESK products in a production environment
• Experience troubleshooting and resolving common issues within DGN and/or DWG format files.
• Experience using aerial imagery within a production environment
• Experience configuring and maintaining client workspaces for the production teams
• Understanding of BIM processes for civil engineering using either OpenRoads Technology or Civil3d

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• Familiar with cloud technology (Azure and/or Panzura)
• Highly developed communications skills
• A solid understanding of add-on products that support our planning, engineering, environmental and construction management/inspection disciplines
• This position will require frequent travel to RK&K site
