This individual must be aligned with our company vision and clearly communicate expectations within all resource groups of the plant team. All in, all the time. Go CDI!ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:Responsible for Budgetary success - Top line Revenue, gross profit and net profitLMA; Lead, manage and hold accountable - Plant TeamResponsible for the Safety and Wellness of the plantResponsible for standardization of processes aligned with CDI requirementsResponsible for the plant organization and cleanliness. Requirements KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND REQUIREMENTS:A Bachelor's Degree and/or related plant management experience; seven to ten years minimum preferred.Demonstrated application of CDI's core values.Experience leading and directing work of others.Basic computer knowledgeOutstanding leadership skills; ability to motivate, train, develop and evaluate subordinates.Excellent Interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills; capable of analyzing reports and composing written reports and communications.
