In the Director, Marketing - Acute position, you'll take charge of steering our marketing initiatives targeted directly at the acute healthcare sector. Your role involves crafting and implementing strategic go-to-market plans to successfully promote Direct Supply's offerings to acute healthcare providers. What You'll Do and Impact:

  • Collaborate with senior executives to create and implement strategic business and marketing plans.

  • Systematically analyze market data to uncover trends, potential growth areas, and customer requirements specific to the acute healthcare sector.

  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitive dynamics, and regulatory shifts that affect the acute healthcare market, and integrate these insights into marketing strategies.

  • Work in close partnership with the Sales and Product teams to synchronize marketing initiatives with sales goals and product development endeavors.

  • Craft compelling communication, value propositions, and sales support materials customized to address the distinct requirements and obstacles faced by acute healthcare providers.

  • Orchestrate comprehensive marketing campaigns across various channels, encompassing digital marketing, content marketing, events, and thought leadership initiatives.

  • Evaluate and scrutinize the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives, making necessary adjustments to enhance outcomes and maximize return on investment (ROI).

  • Supervise and guide a team of marketing experts in executing marketing plans and attaining departmental objectives.

  • Act as a representative for Direct Supply at industry events, conferences, and trade shows, fostering brand visibility and generating leads within the acute healthcare market.

Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred

  • 10+ years experience in marketing leadership roles, with a focus on B2B marketing, preferably within the healthcare industry.

  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful go-to-market strategies and driving revenue growth in highly competitive markets.

  • Strong understanding of the acute healthcare market, including knowledge of industry trends, challenges, and regulatory requirements.

  • Ability to travel by car and/or plane up to 20%
