All about the role:

Join our team as a Product Planning and Innovation Manager, where your passion for innovation will drive the success of our product portfolio. In this dynamic role, you will take the lead in developing and executing comprehensive product plans that align with our company's vision and meet market demands.

Your responsibilities will include spearheading innovation initiatives as well as staying abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies. Bring fresh and creative ideas to enhance our product offerings, ensuring we maintain a competitive edge in the market.

Collaboration is key in this role, as you will work seamlessly with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Marketing, and Sales. Your ability to foster collaboration will be instrumental in achieving overall business goals.

As the Product Planning and Innovation Manager, you will participate in the entire product lifecycle, from conceptualization to launch and beyond with a focus on the up-front activities. Implement effective strategies to maximize product success and profitability.

What you'll do:

  • Own Dish and Fabric Care consumer experience roadmap.

  • Set consumer insight research priorities for Dish and Fabric Care and ensure that learnings are incorporated into global technologies and product road maps.

  • Understand existing and potential consumer motivating claims for product features, innovations, and technology modules.

  • Coordinate internal and competitive IP mapping for Dish and Fabric Care including white space identification.

  • Influence global technology priorities as an advocate for the needs of the North American consumer and integrate into North American product road map.

  • Deliver meaningful digital experience user stories for connected Dish and Fabric Care products.

Qualifications required:

  • A four-year college degree, or equivalent experience, is required.

  • Minimum 5 years experience in Product Management/Marketing, Merchandising, Innovation Management, Brand Management.

  • Relevant experience in durable consumer goods.

  • Strong Project Management and communication skills.
