Genesis10 is currently seeking a Salesforce Developer with our client in the financial industry in their Charlotte, NC and Addison, TX locations. This is a 12 month + contract position.

Responsibilities:
- Individual will be a contributing member of the Global HR Technology Team
- Be a key contributor to development initiatives that require Salesforce technical expertise
- Collaborate with the team to coordinate delivery of software application
- Communicate with technical partners and come up with solutions
- Designs, develops, enhances, debugs, supports, maintains, and tests software applications that support business units
- Provide innovative solutions to problems and drive the design/development of components
- Effectively conveys message in both written and verbal development discussions
Requirements:
- SF Workflow, Case Management, Integration/Data Migration experience needed
- Agile experience required
- Proficient in translating business requirements into technical specifications
- Ability to design, develop, and implement: Custom Objects; Custom Tabs, Fields, Page Layouts; Security - Profiles and Roles; Workflow Alerts and Actions; Lightning components, pages; Visualforce Pages; Approval Processes; Dashboards; Data Validations; Web Services
- Create and maintain documentation on application configuration and processes as database applications are developed
- Able to meet deadlines and handle pressure while coordinating multiple tasks in a work/project environment
- Versatile team player with interpersonal skills
- Keeping abreast of new Salesforce features and functionality and as such be able to provide recommendations for process improvements
- Knowledge of Force.com development best practices
