All about the role:

Elevate your career as a New Product Introduction Manager and play a pivotal role at the forefront of innovation!

In this dynamic position, you will be the driving force behind the creation of compelling product launch assets, digital and non-digital, for all North America region.


In this role you will be reporting to the Commercial Director for the Taste or Care Product Lines for Electrolux Major Appliances NA.
As a key contributor, you'll take charge of orchestrating seamless new product introductions, collaborating across functions with product lines, marketing teams, sales channels, and key stakeholders. Your strategic coordination will ensure the timely and successful completion of every new product launch.

What you'll do:

  • The NPI Manager is responsible for the management, design, coordination and implementation of all activities in support of the successful launch of new products in assigned product line or category.

  • Drive and oversee the creation of launch assets, digital, non-digital, and marketing materials.

  • Take ownership of multiple new product introduction projects from start to finish.

  • Develop and drive new product launches and support related activities to ensure timely and successful product introduction

  • Prepare reports that accurately track the progress of NPI projects, analyzing multiple data sources to make data driven decisions.

  • Support all product line activities to ensure channel diversification, product planning, and support creation and updating of pricing models.

  • Support development of new products, create and align financial and promotional simulations to ensure positive impact to P&L

  • As needed, provide support of day-to-day merchandising activities for the assigned product categories.

  • Work cross functionally to identify product launch opportunities and solutions.

  • Proactively solve commercial and product launch issues; offer solutions and take action, take full ownership and avoid escalating problems for others to solve.

  • Work in collaboration with multiple teams across product line and relevant groups like Marketing, Sales, manufacturing, demand planning, and supply planning.

Qualifications required:

  • Bachelor's degree required.

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience - preferably in product launch and new product introduction of durable consumer goods.

  • Project Management experience and solid experience building project management processes a must.

  • Professional maturity to navigate process ambiguity and fill process gaps as needed, establishing, defining, and continually improving processes.

  • Strong analytical analysis skills.
