Job Description

is a people-first project management system. We build features for the 1 billion knowledge workers out there and in a way that also supports the 1 in 5 that are neurodivergent (ADHD, Dyslexia, Autism).
We use AI and behavioral science to take a holistic approach to the reality that up to 73% of a project's success depends on the people dynamics - in a market space that focuses more on the technical elements of managing work.

Project Description/Scope:

Our website traffic and business operates entirely on inbound organic traffic and does so through Search Engine Optimization (SEO), content marketing, and content generation. In the past, content generation has been done entirely by Gloria, the founder, but her time is now also split between business development, product, and sales.

In order to continue to grow and support the traction that Leantime has to date, we are looking to bring in a student that is interested in honing their creative writing skills, who has a passion for inclusion and diversity, and an interest in using AI to support their workflows.

Goals for the Internship

- Leantime Goal: Create 15-20 new blog articles / content for Leantime
- Intern goal: Gain a better understanding of the intersection of AI, SEO, and inbound demand generation to grow and scale a business.
- General Goal: Support the development of a more inclusive future of work while learning, supporting, and building together.

The Work

- Generate the "base" of blog articles using AI and Speedybrand.io based on topics given. Will also include AI image generation.
- Edit, improve, and "humanize" the content to what's important here at Leantime and to neuroinclusion, diversity, and productivity
- Develop content roadmap based on article titles provided to be completed during internship
- Work closely alongside founder to execute article publishing and related images
- Will involve learning SEO concepts such as file naming conventions, keyword optimization, and more.

We realize that it's important for people to work on things they're interested in when they're working with us and so while there are core article concepts and titles that will be presented for the work, there is room for collaboration and fine-tuning in order to focus on your skills and interests.

Content articles will be otherwised assigned and will range from material on recent research in neuroscience, ADHD, Dyslexia, Autism, to company work, productivity, inclusion, startup management, and possibly open source software.

Project Length
30 hours in total
5 hours a week, spread out over 6 weeks
