Pay Rate: $75,000 - $85,000 per year Shift: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM

As the Maintenance Manager, you'll oversee all maintenance personnel and operations across two facilities. From preventive maintenance to rapid response to machine breakdowns and new installations, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring operational efficiency and adherence to safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage maintenance teams to minimize machine downtime and enhance efficiency through training and mentorship.
  • Implement preventive maintenance programs and uphold company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Support facility Capex planning and oversee work orders to completion.
  • Collaborate with production managers to optimize plant performance and minimize disruptions.
  • Maintain inventory of materials and spare parts within approved budgets.
  • Provide technical support for equipment design and installation.
  • Supervise third-party maintenance contractors and ensure compliance with site procedures.
  • Conduct facility walk-throughs and address repair needs promptly.
  • Uphold safety protocols and ensure OSHA compliance.
  • Manage maintenance budget and foster positive relationships with contractors and team members.
To excel in this role, you should possess extensive mechanical and electrical experience coupled with advanced communication skills to effectively delegate assignments. Your ability to continue learning new technology and techniques, along with offering creative solutions in a fast-paced setting, will be essential. Previous management experience leading a large team is crucial, as is a strong knowledge of safety rules and regulations. You should demonstrate excellent planning and leadership abilities, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Additionally, your capacity to interact positively with employees, managers, and contractors, while meeting strict deadlines within a fast-paced environment, will set you apart. Solid expertise in all steps of the installation or repair process and effective communication with departmental managers and plant personnel are highly desired.
