Job Summary
As North America Regional Sales & Service Director for Ecoplant, you will be responsible for all regional sales and business operations. As a member of the Ecoplant leadership team, you will be an important contributor in integrating the Ecoplant business into IR, including establishing the vision, direction, and strategy for the Ecoplant division. You will be responsible for driving new sales. Managing service organization of Technical Account managers, customer success managers, and Service/Installation technicians to achieve your annual sales plan and deliver a world-class customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with IR sales and Ecoplant leadership teams to establish a long-term business vision and strategy for your region focused heavily on driving accelerated growth.
  • In partnership with IR sales leadership, build and execute a successful go-to-market strategy by identifying and partnering with the most attractive sales channels and customers.
  • Achieve or exceed financial targets, including revenue, profitability and annual ARR targets. Uses data analysis to strategize risk, growth opportunity, market focus, customer segmentation, distribution partnerships, and customer enterprise opportunities
  • Own all commercial processes for your region, from lead identification through successful contract renewal, including sales qualification, opportunity closure, project installation, and value generation.
  • Owning the regional time-to-value KPI. Develop an end-to-end process, including post-purchase orders. To scale the Ecoplant business, you will define, document, and implement an installation process, which will take less than 30 days from the purchase order.
  • Build and execute successful sales strategies focused on value-based selling to improve the conversion rate of the sales pipeline.
  • Identify and manage the critical commercial KPIs for your region, including key pipeline indicators (size, growth, movement, close rate) and contract renewal rate.
  • Build a high-performing sales & service team focused on delivering against sales targets and delivering an outstanding customer experience.
  • Own and develop relationships with distribution partners in your region, including establishing common goals and processes to deliver against business commitments.
  • Provide critical business insights and feedback to the Ecoplant product development team and R&D team to drive continuous product improvement and build a robust product development roadmap.



Basic Qualifications

  • 10+ years' experience in one more of the following areas: Sales, Sales Management, Business Management, Service Operations management
  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline; engineering, technical, marketing or business preferred
  • 5+ years' experience preferred in the compressed air industry, selling value-based solutions
  • 5+ years' experience preferred in software as a service, control systems, or other IoT solutions


Travel & Work Arrangements/Requirements
25-35% travel (mostly domestic)

Key Competencies

  • Demonstrated experience as a sales and/or service organizational leader
  • Proficient in computer applications such as Microsoft Office suite, CRM applications, etc.
  • Demonstrated experience in selling to "C" level & value-based selling situations
  • Excellent problem-solving and quantitative analysis skills
  • Strong leadership, team building and organizational skills. Proven ability to coach and develop others
