Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Senior Manager of the Enterprise Data and Analytics Product Team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the success of our enterprise data and analytics initiatives. You will lead a team of talented professionals and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver innovative data products and solutions.

Join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering our enterprise data and analytics products, driving data-driven decision-making, and enabling the organization's success.

The role is hybrid, 2 days a week in RTP, NC.

As a Senior Manager in our Enterprise Data and Analytics Product Team, you will engage by:

Job Requirements

Leadership and Team Management:

  • Lead, inspire, and empower a team of data product managers, owners, and solution architects.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning within the team.
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and support to team members to help them achieve their full potential.

Data Strategy and Roadmap:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive data strategy aligned with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define a long-term vision and roadmap for data and analytics products.
  • Identify opportunities for innovation and leverage emerging technologies to drive business value.

Product Development and Management:

  • Define and prioritize data products based on customer needs and market trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, data science, and business stakeholders, to ensure successful product development and delivery.
  • Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and requirements gathering to launch and ongoing enhancements.

Data Governance and Quality:

  • Establish and enforce data governance policies and practices to ensure data integrity, privacy, and compliance.
  • Implement data quality standards and processes to enhance the accuracy and reliability of data-driven insights and decision-making.

Stakeholder Engagement and Collaboration:

  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, including business leaders, IT teams, and executive management.
  • Collaborate closely with business units to understand their data and analytics needs and provide strategic guidance and solutions.
  • Present data strategies, product roadmaps, and project updates to senior leadership and stakeholders.

Continuous Improvement and Innovation:

  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data and analytics.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and data-driven decision-making within the team and the organization.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance existing products and processes, and drive initiatives for operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (advanced degree preferred).
  • 8+ years of experience in product management, data analytics, or related roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise data management, analytics, and business intelligence concepts.
  • Experience leading and managing cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering data products and solutions that drive business value and meet customer needs.
  • Proficiency in master data, data governance, data quality, and data privacy practices.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven mindset.
  • Experience with agile methodologies and product development practices.
  • Familiarity with data technologies, such as data warehouses, data lakes, ETL processes, and visualization tools.
  • Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements related to data management and privacy (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) is a plus.
  • Strong functional knowledge in GTM, Finance, HR, Customer Support, Customer Success, Renewals, InstallBase etc. and SaaS applications like SFDC, CPQ, QE, ERP Cloud, GainSight etc.
  • Extensive knowledge of BI & Visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau
  • Experience with Snowflake, Informatica, FiveTran etc. and operations experience in managing FinOps, Platform support & maintenance
  • Experienced in launching Self-service analytics or worked in a mature self-service analytics organization

The base salary hiring wage range for this position which the Company reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position in the specified geographic areas or locations, is $161,550.00-$227,040.00. Final compensation will be dependent on various factors relevant to the position and candidate such as geographical location, candidate qualifications, certifications, relevant job-related work experience, education, skillset and other relevant business and organizational factors, consistent with applicable law. In addition, the position may include some of the following comprehensive benefits such Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, 401(K), Paid Time off (PTO), sick time, leave of absence as per the FMLA and other relevant leave laws, Company bonus/commission, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU's).
