Job Summary

The Talent Acquisition Specialist provides outstanding service to all those involved in our recruiting process. You will work with Talent Acquisition and Human Resource professionals and provide support for the recruitment process. In this role, you'll play an important part in welcoming new hires into our organization. Your responsibilities will include coordinating the onboarding process, ensuring a positive and engaging experience for our new team members. Additionally, you'll be the point person for employee referrals, managing the referral program to attract top talent through our existing workforce.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and complete onboarding for new hires and run the weekly orientation meeting
  • Provide support to hiring managers and new hires throughout the onboarding process
  • Complete the I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification process for all new hires
  • Manage the company's referral program, coordinating monthly report validation and distribution, processing bonus payments, tracking referrals, and communicating with managers and employees
  • Provide administrative and ad hoc support to the Recruiting team
  • Support other HR initiatives as needed

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • One year of professional experience and/or internship.
  • Positive can-do demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills (oral & written).
  • Ability to interact/work with recruiters, candidates and hiring managers at all levels.
  • Outstanding customer service skills and ability to meet timelines and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Solid attention to detail and accuracy, as well as good prioritization and organizational skills.
  • Basic understanding of Recruiting and HR concepts, policies and procedures an added plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite and experience with Applicant Tracking Systems.
