Job Description

The Role:Reporting to the VP Product Marketing, the Senior Technical Product Marketing Manager will drive increased sales velocity by ensuring that MicroStrategy is delivering compelling messaging and collateral that compels our most technical buyer personas to action. This role will serve as both a subject matter expert of the MicroStrategy Platform as well as on the needs of Enterprise buying teams during technical evaluation.

Your Focus:

  • Maintain deep subject matter expertise on MicroStrategy products including the ability to configure, secure, and demo the full breadth of platform capabilities.
  • Facilitate cross organizational collaboration with product management, education services, sales engineering, and others to ensure that the development of technical content and demos are well aligned and collaborative.
  • Produce compelling demo content including videos to support a wide range of GTM initiatives including social and events.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in support of analyst relations RFI requests ensuring that the full breath of platform capabilities are showcased in a way that increases our analyst positioning.
  • Collaborate on messaging playbooks for technical personas such as the data engineers, data scientists, and developers that will be used by all GTM teams including content development for our website, sales collateral, and demand generation.
  • Influence the product roadmap by providing the product team with insights into gaps identified in both buyer and analyst inquires.
  • Provide ongoing enablement to internal stakeholders through the delivery of compelling collateral and engaging solution focused product demos.
Qualifications
  • 7+ years' experience in technical product marketing or technical sales.
  • Strong presentation skills especially in a live setting leveraging technical products.
  • Strong writing skills, including experience crafting compelling messaging for GTM teams.
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to both plan and execute against quarterly goals.
