Responsibilities

The Investment Solutions - Product Team Lead will manage a team of product managers with responsibilities across Money Market Mutual Fund Sweep and Repurchase Agreement Sweeps to drive growth, increase customer satisfaction, deliver features and enhancements, and maintain stability and security as we evolve our platforms and support the launch of new products.

This role will be responsible for product discovery, planning, delivery, and marketing throughout the product lifecycle. This position will partner with various key stakeholders across the bank to ensure investment product solutions align to business strategies and client needs, adjust to reflect changing regulatory and competitive landscapes, and are prioritized within product roadmaps and team goals.

Additional role responsibilities, include:

* Setting investment solution strategy and connecting the strategy to sales enablement, financial forecasts, technology roadmaps and team goals.
* Coaching and developing product managers on your team with empathy to encourage growth, accountability, and career development.
* Solving complex issues with product managers by utilizing a deep understanding of money market mutual funds, REPO markets, bank sweep services, competitive market trends, and the regulatory environment.
* Building a target state view that reflects the changing technology landscape, segment strategies and client needs
* Incorporating target state and vision into Liquidity Solutions strategy, product continuum, sales positioning, and tech roadmaps
* Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless product operations and ensure projects and associated go-to-market activities are executed.
* Maintaining and growing relationships with vendors, counterparties, and fund providers by communicating regularly on market dynamics and enabling your team to conduct periodic due diligence.
* Acting as a subject matter expert for investment products; be fully conversant in the market practices and trends, provide expertise to sales and customer focus group discussions
* Collaborating with Finance, Risk and Reporting functions to monitor product results, key risk indicators, and forecast models.
* Proactively collaborating with cross-functional team members in Account Management, Asset Management, Operations, Legal and Sales

Other:
The base pay for this position is relative to your experience but the range is generally from $183,431.00 to $233,873.00 per year. This position is eligible for variable compensation, which may be in the form of incentive, bonus, or commission pay. Qualifications

Basic Requirements:

* Bachelor's Degree or (HS or GED with 4 additional years of relevant experience)
* 10+ years of experience in Banking, Financial Services, or Management Consulting

Preferred Qualifications:

* 10+ years of combined experience in Bank Investment Sweeps, Money Market Mutual Funds, Deposit Product Management, Repurchase Agreements
* MBA, CTP, and/or CFA is a plus
* Excellent problem-solving skills, including structuring ambiguous problems, thinking creatively, generating, and testing hypotheses, and providing actionable recommendations
* Excellent project management skills; must be able to manage multiple work streams independently
* Strong analytic thinking and analysis skills, financial modeling, and data aggregation skills
* Effective communication and relationship management skills, including partnering and consulting
* Strong critical thinking skills and experience with multiple business models
* Ability to lead and motivate formal and informal teams to deliver on timelines and complex projects
* Ability to manage senior-level discussions & negotiations w/ external companies
