Sr. IT Analyst, Distribution Systems

The Senior Developer/Analyst will execute their role as a member of the team responsible for the design, development, configuration, support and maintenance of the distribution related applications and systems implemented at Kontoor Brands owned DCs. The primary focus will be partnering with business and IT teams to support the daily functions of the DCs as well as lead and/or participate in ongoing process improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and/or modify distribution related systems according to business requirements definitions and design parameters.
• Lead and/or contribute as needed to on-going support activities, working with business users and IT partners to identify issues, perform root cause analysis and resolve issues.
• Create process flow documents, functional specifications, create/ execute test scripts as needed for projects or initiatives.
• Mentor and assist other team members on application, platform and interface knowledge and methods.
• Must be available for off hours support tasks, as needed, and as part of the off hour support rotation schedule.
• Ensure compliance with Kontoor policies in regards to system access, data security and change control procedures.

Requirements:

• 5-10 years' experience in Distribution System implementations, including development, configuration and support executing Manhattan's WMi application.
  • LM, and SCI experience a plus
• 5-10 years' experience with the ISeries platform, including file utility programs (SQL / DBU)
• 5+ years' experience hands on technical experience integrating with ERP Systems (e.g. SAP)
• 5+ years' experience hands on technical experience with MHE integration systems
• Preferred:
  • 5+ years' experience in Apparel and Footwear industry
