Job Description

TITLE: Sr. Salesforce Administrator

Duties: Maintain, enhance and create workflows, functions and configurations within the Salesforce.com software application environment. Build custom software applications and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate to advanced complexity including visual flow, process builder, workflow automation, Apex, third party integrations, telephony integration, import/export databases, etc. Technical expert on assigned Salesforce software application projects leading the capture of business requirements, specifications, process flows, application design, application configuration and testing. Partner with business stakeholders to proactively identify, drive, and build improvements, enhancements and software application system customization that solve business needs. Expand use of Salesforce.com application - attend planning meetings and assist with determining if / how SFDC can be used in new ways to generate new value for the organization. Work with our institutional management team to establish suitable processes to support administrative, development and change management activities. Effectively act as the liaison between our users, vendors and the application development teams. Remote work is acceptable.

SCHEDULE: 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday

SALARY: $130,000.00 - $157,800.00 per year

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems and Security or a closely related field of study and six (6) years experience as a Salesforce Developer, SQL Consultant or a related role where required experience gained.

SPECIAL SKILLS: Also requires experience in the following:

  • Maintaining security including sharing rules and security levels as well as creating/maintaining user roles, profiles and hierarchies for software application;
  • Maintaining database for integrity and accuracy including cleansing and duplicate record management for software application;
  • Monitoring and managing exception logs for back end system integration;
  • Completing regular internal system audits, preparing for upgrades, and managing new software application releases; and
  • Creating custom objects when necessary and ongoing customization/alteration of SFDC.
