Step into Your New Role

Kleinfelder is looking for a Marketing Team Intern! The candidate will provide support for the BD Support team in successfully executing various internal projects. They will ensure that respective project results meet and exceed objectives and expectations, reflect specific brand standards, maintain accuracy and quality, and are completed in a timely, cost-effective manner, and will work under general supervision from Supervisor/Manager within specific guidelines and protocols on semi-routine assignments.

The ideal candidate has:

  • A "client service" mindset and work in close partnership with technical professionals (scientists, architects, and engineers).

Responsibilities

  • Create and modify existing resumes project descriptions and write content to effectively communicate services, capabilities, and work performed.
  • Coordinate with internal team members to update resumes with recent projects.
  • Coordinate with internal team members to write or update project descriptions identified by division Project Mangers.
  • Update and maintain internal resume database.
  • Support a variety of marketing activities related to the preparation and writing of marketing proposals, client interviews and presentations, strategic planning processes, and/or other client-focused submittals in accordance with Kleinfelder's brand standards and style guide.
  • Coordinates efforts across Kleinfelder offices division wide.

Education:High School Diploma or equivalent required.One-year certificate from college or technicalschool desired.

Experience:1 - 2 years of office or related experience required.

Benefits: Kleinfelder offers an excellent compensation and benefits package, including: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) plan, and paid holidays.The expected salary range for the position is displayed in accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act. Final agreed upon compensation is based upon individual qualifications and experience. Salary range: $17p/h - $22p/h. We will be accepting applications through August 8, 2024
