Senior Account Manager



Job Description:

The Senior Account Manager is responsible for working with customers to ensure satisfaction throughout the lifetime of the customer relationship. Successful candidates will have high servicing standards, experience managing the details of multifaceted projects, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to lead complex problem resolution, strong organizational and management skills, experience with and a deep understanding of K-12 school environments, and a strong commitment to educational improvement.

This is not a direct sales role. This position is for post-sales relationship management.

Responsibilities of Senior Account Manager:

  • Lead all aspects of service delivery and account management to customers representing high-level state contacts, large school districts, and strategic partnerships.
  • Establish and execute project plans for key accounts in assigned territory.
  • Perform ongoing customer needs analysis, account reviews, and plan program consultation and growth strategy accordingly.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with district leadership, school level leadership, and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Measure and maintain customer satisfaction post-installation and ongoing.

Requirements of Senior Account Manager:

  • BA, Masters degree a plus.
  • 5+ years work experience.
  • Proven project and personnel management skills.
  • Teaching experience preferred.
  • Professional and dynamic presentation skills and outstanding interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written).
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written).
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams from a remote office.
  • Travel required.
